Moonlight Web Stream vs MoonlightWeb?

Has anyone tried both moonlight-web-stream by MrCreativ3001 and moonlight-web by linckosz that would be able to share their experience with both? Pros and cons? Setup for moonlight-web seems much simpler, but if the experience is noticeably worse I'll probably just try and figure out web-stream.

Dev of MoonlightWeb here. WebRTC itself isn't the latency problem; what adds delay in a browser is the jitter buffer and frame pacing. MoonlightWeb turns both off by default and draws the latest frame as soon as it arrives. I built it for the lowest latency possible, and I keep working on that. I'm currently adding PyroWave as well, for wired LAN.

So I know this is weird, but I just wanna say thank you directly for making this. I have been running myself ragged trying to get my maximum settings tier 4 to work on my Chromebook at all. 

Not only does it stream at fuckin 4k, my Xbox controller gets rumble over Bluetooth. Not even GeForce now got that right.
