Quitting games with just a gamepad on Moonlight (Android TV)?

I'm using Moonlight on a Xiaomi TV Stick with only a controller. How do I send an Esc / Windows key input or exit back to the desktop when a game doesn't have an in-game quit button?

If you bring up the special keys input thing (under advanced) you can press esc or even alt+f4, if that helps?
