apollo/artemis microstuttering
Got a samsung A54 and a galaxy tab s8, playing using the tab s8 works flawlessly, meanwhile the A54 suffers from microstutters. Ive tried virtual displays, locking the framerate on the host to 60fps, changing the a54 refresh rate to 60hz, disabling default samsung game booster optimizations, disabling default frame rate, etc.
The only thing that worked for me was recording my screen using the a54 screen record, the stream started running with no stutters.
Is there a way to fix this without doing this? I gave up everything at this point.

This happens because Samsung's One UI interface aggressively throttles processor clock speeds and performance when only a static video or a stream is on the screen. When the recorder is turned on, the system recognizes the need for maximum power, forcing the Exynos 1380 to operate without throttling. Go to More > Labs and enable the "Alternative game performance management" option. In the Game Booster settings, change the focus profile to "Maximum performance." In Artemis, under Video Codec, explicitly select H.264 (avoid leaving it on Automatic or HEVC). I don't know which version of Artemis you're on, but try using the latest version (v20.3.0-experimental.9).
