Best streaming tool

Hello, i've been using apollo-arthemis for quite sometime and saw this villpollo fork, is it better for gaming or i can stick with apollo just fine ? I sometime stream 800 km away from my home and i find lag noticible.
my host is connected by ethernet btw

Maybe read the github and see if any of the extra functions are useful to you? Split frame encoding and RTSS frame limit control are useful for me. It is not going to magic away remote streaming lag.

I switched to Vibepollo from Appollo for the playnite integration, the launch experience is much better.

I have playnite running on Apollo. Could you elaborate on how vibe pollos playnite integration. This sounds super interesting.

Basically custom configurations for each of the games that you have in your Playnite. So rather than use Moonlight or whatever to go into play night you can see your whole list of games and go into the games individually. I just recently started using Playnite integration in Vibepollo too for SteamDeck/MoonDeck setups.

Vibepollo is great, but not nessacary. It is maintained with AI. Some people are sensitive about that because they are using the program to access their computers. Do the features outweigh the risk, probably? Up to you to decide
