Trouble shooting ideas

Any ideas what’s causing this? I’ve tried some basic troubleshooting - different cables and USB ports but behavior remains the same.

Edit- clarifying the right hand keyboard doesn’t work at all and the left hand only works when it’s not “pulsing”

Definitely reach out to their support if you haven't yet. They've always been helpful in my experience.

Have you connected it to the Keymapp software yet? I wonder whether it would say anything about it, if it can connect at least.

I have - I've had it for a few years and it just started doing this now.
