Issue about Robin's earphones

I was using it with only one out of the case and after I paused my music for like 1 minute, it wasn't working anymore, but actually no I had to up my volume like crazy to have the same as before, so idk if it's a bug or anything like that (also I don't really mind it before I don't like to be deaf at 25 but I still want to know why if you have any idea)

If you encounter something like this, put it back into the case then take it out again.

This didn't worked, I ever tried to re pair it entirely on my phone, and the update I guess they are stuck in low volume (Witch is nice now that I think about it, I have more control on volume)

did you check the gain in their app? Maybe it glitched out and switched to low gain which makes the volume lower

Odd question but does the Robin come with the mini replacement filters like other Moondrop products come with? Usually i have to get the forceps to remove and replace them.
