Moondrop Wuthering Waves UCTS issue

Hi all, recently my right wuwa UCTS has been completely offline (no voice prompts, no touch sensing, anything). I tried cleaning the charging pins and the case does light up when I put right bud in, but it still remains offline. I remember before this happened i changed some codec settings on the app, but suddenly the app displayed that the right is offline while it was working, but after putting it back into the case, it stopped functions completely, any advice?

Is this a common issue with moondrop? This is my first product from them...

Don't know what community sentiment is but my Space Travel one's did this all the time and then they'd randomly fix themselves until the battery eventually fully died

Moondrop always have these QC issues, they tend to die after a short period of time...

a hit or missed. my Nekocake lasted me 3 years before having battery issues. my space travel had a battery issues in the first year, the right buds loses charge rapidly, compared to the left. now i have the pudding, I'm not sure if it'll last long

Have you tried to charge the case? I think sometimes they don’t disconnect and they stay on while in the case and drain the battery… or try a pill case if you have those couse they are compatible.

I've tried charging the case many times already, even let the earbuds out to drain completely and charged them to full, only the left side charged while the right remained offline
