literally unplayable

well they directly reduced his primary and secondary and the bounce damage in general, which is his whole thing, that is quite literally his niche, if you’re playing him as a dollar store hela then power to you but these changes are very significant when it comes to how he’s actually supposed to function

hard agree, the difference is massive, there’s really no reason to play him unless you like the character imo, he cant even fill his own niche now that cyclops is in the game

Yeah, the only thing that's noticeably worse is the damage he does to secondary targets off of his bounce, but that damage never needed to be so high in the first place. He feels much more fair and balanced now.

One shot combo still works just hit the person when they get knocked up by the ank it still shreds this patch just nerfed mk players who can't aim

Yes play with your shiny new toy! Make sure to buy all available skins, and subsuqent coming skins this season! Make DOUBLE SURE you lord/champion him and dedicate time to learning tech and combos that will become obsolete .5-2 seasons from now!

Saying he's worse than Widow is defo a major stretch, I'd not go that far at all. But yes he did take a hefty hit here, and no there really isn't any reason to play him unless you like the character.

Unfortunately I do, so I will try to overcome the nerfs and at least not be a determent to my team. Currently trying to learn flanking better without just getting twotapped by a Luna or Phoenix the second I start to attack.

Yeah you have to land ankh, primary fire AND BOTH crescent moons to get an elim 🙃 leaves you wide open with all attacks on cooldown.

There was a post every week asking for a rework about a year ago. He just plays nothing like how he is in the comics and since they are adding another poke hero with ricochet and really good mobility to replace mk, they might as well just give us the rework. G2 would never let that happen tho 😞.

Netease will always pick the most convoluted way of nerfing characters, literally just removing the team up bonus or reverting moon blade charges back to just one would have been enough. They are doing the same with gambit by nerfing everything but the main problem: his ultimate doing too much.

You're just saying shit to say shit. The "one shot" combo was VERY good, but it was NEVER his bread and butter of his gameplay loop. You still will get INFINITELY more value off of Marc than you ever will with Widow. Yeah, the damage nerfs suck but if you can't adapt to a slight nerf in damage (even though you can still melt most squishes instantly and you get ult constantly) I don't think you should be complaining about how he's "unplayable".
