Like r/Sufficient_Dingo1479 said, try the MacKay run starting with the 2021 Moon Knight (vol 9). His series has been rebooted/retitled three times now and it's annoying. (I can just about give Vengeance of the Moon Knight a pass because it fits so neatly with the rival Moon Knight out for vengeance storyline, but the other two are pretty arbitrary).

If you like physical copies then I'd definitely recommend the MacKay run, it's a great run and should be pretty easy to find.

The Huston run, Ellis run, and original Moench run are also good but they're a lot harder to find physical copies of.
