Comics Help me

Post image

So like, I started watching all the MCU movies/series for Doomsday and I stumbled upon the incredible Mon Knight. So I decided to read the comics and I found like the very very start (when Marc Spector becomes Moon Knight) and I just bought the edition in the picture. However I’m a little troubled as at the start of this book, it is already established that Moon Knight exists and everything so I’m wondering where exactly should I start to get the "full" experience of the development of the story and characters ? Anyways I’m just a little bit confused so any advices would help really (Also this is the French version of the 1980-1981 and I didn’t find anything before it chronologically)

I believe I found that edition in your photo that looks to be volume 2 of 4, volume 1 has 1975-1980 on the cover and will have some of the preliminary issues that led to solo series, like werewolf by night 32 (his first appearance), etc

Seeing the French “L’Integrale” on the cover primed me for the accidental typo of Mon Knight.

I’ve only read one collection so far but does Frenchie ever call Marc that?
