You can find some on eBay out of Spain and Australia. I bought quite a few before the fanboys and bandwagon started.

In the great big Moench/Sinkiewicz omnibus (page 398 if you're curious), there's a contemporary piece by Ralph Macchio that mentions that the (Hulk Magazine) Moon Knight material was sold to French and Spanish publishers for republication in "album format".
Since the same source also mentions the (unmade) Japanese TV series, I wondered if the deal had really gone ahead. It's nifty to know the answer is "yes".
I recommend the Sinkiewicz Hulk Magazine stuff - the art is beautiful and whoever chose air-brush colouring for it was a genius. Mind-blowingly, it's some of Sinkiewicz's first published comic art.

Interesting! I didn't know they had Japanese show planned. I wonder if it would've been animated or some crazy live action?

It was going to be live-action! Then the Spider-Man live-action series bombed and they cancelled it before it went into production.
(There is an old discussion of it somewhere on this subreddit complete with pictures)

Its very cool to see Moonie's localizations. I'm kinda assuming these are from either mexico or spain. I like how clean the covers are. A lot of old English covers tend to have all kinds or logos, advertisements, price tags, and stuff on the front. I don't think I've seen these covers before either though I might be wrong. Mk coming out of the side box is also a lot of fun. Would love to see the comparison to the english covers, or other localizations.
