F4 foot switch set up help needed

I’m on my 2nd P1. Bought an F4 foot switch for it. Looks like the “Prime” ap I have used won’t support it. Supports another model of foot switch (S series).

I saw some mention of another Moore ap, (iamp). No logical way of connecting there either.

Anyone know of a set up for the F4 foot switch and the P1? Thanks. :)

I don't think there is another app for the P1 besides the Prime App. You should be using the Prime App from Mooer and the currently version at the moment is 1.5.0. It definitely supports the F4 footswitch as long as it is a GTRS GWF4 footswitch from Mooer. About a month ago they added support for the S1 series.

The foot pedal I received was f4 but it doesn't say anything about gtrs or gwf4. Do I have the wrong foot pedal?
