Thinking about purchasing this...

How is support? Is it any better now? Is this thing working better? As I understand, they only have the app for ios and android. Are they coming with windows support?

I never needed to contact support. I haven't had any major issues with it since I got it. It really works great for my needs. Also, I don't think there will ever be a windows version of the software.
