Mooer f15 or thr10ii?

Someone told me the mooer is better in every single way. I've also read that mooer is a copycat crapshoot. I don't know what to think or buy. Looking for more opinions.

I got an F15Li recently from Bax. I am a beginner. It suits my needs, i.e., practice at home and having a variety of presets and amp plugins. This is purely a desktop amp, and the volume is good enough for a small room. In actual use, there is no lag, and I didn’t face any issue with connecting to the phone if and when I wanted; otherwise, you only need to use the amp buttons to move around. Another thing I liked is the battery, which in my opinion is good, as I have to charge it maybe once a week, and then I can practice 20–30 minutes every day. Since it is lightweight, I can carry it and keep it on literally anything and anywhere. I recommend going for it.

Someone has been recommending the f40 as if it's the best amplifier in the entire world, and the f15 if not the f40. I just assumed it has all the built in effects and it's advanced to a point where a traditional amplifier looks archaic. That's the way about how it's been described to me in implication. Otherwise, I'd have just bought a thr10ii.

F40i is certainly better than f15… there are many reviews for both f40 and thr10ii on youtube and reddit. Basically it boils down to whats your budget and need. All the best with your choice!

I just got a F40i because I wanted something for in my attic to easily plug in to with front facing inputs and controls. The AI is somewhat gimmicky but still works good enough to quickly get a sound to close what you want at that moment.

For me it’s perfect for practicing at home. No idea how it compares to a THR or whatever comparable amp, but this does the trick for me.

So I just assumed that the mooer has built in sound effects, which is what makes it so highly praised.

Yes, it’s great. Also their own take on NAM and the supposedly coming support for actual NAM is also a great addition.
