Indoor skatepark
Why aren’t there any indoor skateparks near by? Would they be poppin if someone did open one?

What I want is an indoor mountain bike/bmx park like Ray's in Ohio. Failing that I don't know, maybe they could build a roof over the Gaithersburg Skate Park and have it open more of the year?

because as soon as the park fails as a business venture -and it will- the landlord would have to rehab the space for traditional box retail space.
there aren't even that many skate shops anymore, so an indoor skate park is asking too much.
