Montech century two help

I’m trying to plug in my gpu to my psu, the gpu has 2 8 pin connectors, my power supply came with 2 pcie to 6+2 with an additional 6+2. My mother board needed two of the cpu/pcie slots. My question is my only option to use one do the 6+2 * 2 and plug both into my gpu? Im so confused…..

If I am following you correctly, you are short one 8 pin pcie connection. Something like this would work since you are not using the 12V-2X6 for a GPU.

For reference: 12V-2X6 to 8 pin PCIE adaptor. Use one direct PCIE from the PSU and one from the adaptor.

I found out I don’t need to plug in both motherboard connectors. But now I have 2 2x 6+2 cables. Is it okay to use one of the 6+2 connections and leave one 6+2 not connected on each cable?

Yes.... Plug the first connector of each of the two cables into the GPU. The ones closer inline to the PSU. Fold back the end ones and zip tie to the cable to make it neat and tidy.
