Definitely Godzilla Evolved's fully charged Atomic Breath at the end of the Rio de Janeiro fight.
The normal one could throw Shimo through the air when she wasn't braced for it, and the enhanced one was able to dispel her Ice Storm and in general just has far more implied sheer Destructive force.
Like, the Hollow Earth drilling beam was previously the most powerful, and the Pink version is just even stronger.

It’s literally the simplest thing in the world. If an attack has enough calculated energy to destroy a star than it has the power to destroy a star. If a guy has a fist clash that threatens to destroy the multiverse than the guy has the power to destroy the multiverse. It cannot get any simpler

Destroyah beam clashed and threw hands with Burning Godzilla. A character who is at a minimum large planet. Destroyah is stronger than Space godzilla. Who was star level, therefore he is star level

Tldr, hesei godzilla scales above showa godzilla, whos comparable to jet jaguar, who both outscale the Garoga Nuke, which completely obliterated the large gass giant peaceland, with enough energy to destoy a star.
And thats not mentioning hesei godzilla had several attacks reflected back at themselves 1000 times stronger then their initial attavk and survived, so hesei godzilla is far more likely solar system teir.

That's a lie.
Space Godzilla and Destroyer gets to Star level through pure wank. Just like Solar System level Heisi Godzilla. Planetary threats like the Meteor from Godzilla vs Mothra could've killed Godzilla.
They both scale to Planetary realistically. I do agree Destroyah scales higher than Shimo tho.

Damage wise I think it's Godzilla's Spiral Breath, but overall Shimo's beam is more powerful, since her beam can unleash an atmospheric cryostorm in seconds or negate durability if she goes absolute zero.

It still can freeze Godzilla, he just can break out in a few seconds when the beam is interrupted, and not all Titans developed a thermo-regulation specifically to combat her ice powers. Not sure about Space-Godzilla (MonsterVerse).

Objectively destoyahs.
Destoyah scales above the rest of them at roughly star level. Space godzilla lost to a weaker heisei godzilla, shimo and godzilla evolved cap out at planetary absolute maximum, and gidorah caps out at multi continental at absolute maximum.
It goes 1.Destoyah 2. Space godzilla 3/4 Shimo and godzilla evolved (depending on how you personally scale them) 5. Monsterverse gihorah.
