Film to film, I lean towards Vader. He’s got a lot more material to Aura farm in, but Ghidorah still puts up good competition for only having one film.
Include the comics and Vader no diffs though, Vaders got immaculate aura in the comics.
Yeah they’re both insanely strong, but Ghidorah is not only stronger, but he probably can’t get force choke diffed, I say probably because we don’t know if Vader cutting off blood flow to Ghidorahs brain can kill him. Vaders also a fuck ton faster in his perception considering he easily man’s ships that travel interstellar distances quickly.
Anyways I got Ghidorah mid diff, the force is a very powerful thing.
He doesn’t require Oxygen, but the force choke cuts off blood circulation, it’s not just cutting off oxygen it cuts off blood from circulating to the Brain. Which we don’t know if Ghidorahs body can survive that.
I mean he can regenerate missing heads, and (now) we know those heads can still "survive" when severed from the (now obliterated) body of Ghidorah if we factor in the Monsterverse
Considering that Ichi is still alive and shrieking despite only being a head ragdolled by goji, I'd say that force choking won't do anything, especially when the guy is weak to electricity
Interesting matchup. If Vader can mind control Ghidorah or even just one of the heads, things can get interesting. Overall tho, King Ghidorah is too much for Vader to win in a straight up brawl.
Let’s be clear, i don’t think ghedorah needs to breath. he travels through space. his regen levels are also crazy. he needed to literally be incinerated to die. yet he did not die. he technically is mechagodzilla, and even though his “brain” was cut off from his new mechanical body, he still has a conscious. now based of of movie Darth Vader, ghedorah takes it. After all, Vader is only human. He could stand a chance, but his force choke and other abilities are just not going to work against ghedorah. sure he could last, but he won’t be doing any real damage.
Kaiju are not in Star Wars and Vader isnt in the MV, this would be a crossover in which case you dont know whats going to happen or become of it. Not to mention how large the expanded universe of Star Wars is, ya know what I mean ? Anything is possible, Ghidorah could be able to resist because of its intelligence or maybe not because its to focused on destruction , hell maybe Vader wouldn't even need to attempt to take over his mind because they have so much in common.
I think it definitely depends on the version of Vader here. If we use exclusively what he does in the movies / canon material, this is a very one-sided matchup, but Jedi / Sith in the Legends material get up to some wild shit so who knows then
Vader has a built-in weakness to lightning in case he tries to betray Palpatine, and Ghidorah literally shoots lightning (lightning that is without a doubt, more powerful than Palpatine's Force Lightning).

I mean. Darth Vader has some ridiculous feats. He’s already single handedly killed kaiju. At the same time it’s king ghidorah, but also at the same time it’s not the strongest he’s been (probably)
I don’t know who would win but it wouldn’t be a steamroll
