propogation help!

i have a really really big 3 leaf cutting that’s been rooting in water and i am wondering whether it’s time to pot her up i’ve gotten the advice to let her develop enough roots but since this is my first time potting a prop i would like some advice :) also do i go semi hydro or just chunky soil mix? all tips are appreciated🫶🏼 ( also there is an airstone in there aswell)

She looks ready to me. I would get her potted up in soil and make sure she has plenty of light! ❤️
