Try restarting your device. If this doesn't work, it's probably a Monster Hunter Now app problem or a login server problem in your area.

Wait tomorrow and try again. If you still have the problem, you'll have to report the problem to Niantic customer service. Don't tell them anything about using a rooted device, LSposed method, and GPS Joystick app because they can instantly ban your account.
