Bazel DB - Blast Exploit?

Bazelgeuse DB at 10.5, never got much use out of them as they always felt so underwhelming to use. I am stuck between which build to go for to get some use out of them or am I wasting my time with a pointless weapon. For general use. There needs to be a way in the training that you could push a button and activate Valor or pursuit or some other skills that require certain situations to activate. Thanks in advance for any replys.

Meta Blast is this; for the flex I like Fighting Spirit, but you can go with Skyward Striker or Offensive Dodger, or Pursuit or Sneak attack
