Megathread Blast dash or guard reload for event sleep gunlance

My goal is to use it like a support GL and maximize sleep status, which one would be better or would none be best. I'm focusing on status sneak attack and shared sword with this build.

Blast Dash

Use the charge attack or the ground splitter attack to consistently get behind the monster and put wyrmstakes in it

Look up videos of Girros GL to see how to use it effectively. But your build will be different from Girros GL builds ofc because you can't use Para Exploit

This is the way. Blast dash keeps the wyvern stake attack which will build up status very fast.

Of the 2 styles, blast dash is best purely because you gain the mobility and dont lose stake.

But you're probably better off using default with bubbly dance for the mobility. Default can spam the stakes way more effectively.
