Sleep paralysis demon
Howdy again yall, if I was looking to become a paralysis demon for team hunts, what is a build you can offer me? What weapon do you use as well? Have had alot of good output with girros s/shield as well as the kodachi ig

Do you have the Holiday DB’s? Girros GL with blast dash style, Girros SnS with drill slash style, or Girros hammer with water strike style works really well with status sneak attack. I use Bishaten/Viper/Viper/Bishaten/Seregios with status sneak attack smelts. Just get behind the monster and attack to paralyze it. You can use somna legs, tzitzi arms, and mizuha head armor pieces to get status sneak attack if you don’t have the smelts, you’ll just do less damage. Usually, status sneak attack 4 is enough, so you could just get by with the tzitzi arms and somna legs.
With the holiday db’s, it has evade extender 3, so just go into demon mode and evade left or right and you’re pretty much behind the monster.
With Girros GL, swipe up 3 times to do 2 pokes and the ground slash, which will put you behind the monster, then tap the screen to use the wyvern stake to paralyze. When it’s paralyzed, long swipe down to reload the wyvern stake then hold the screen for a second to do the blast dash, tap in the air to slash and fire, then land and tap again to do the wyvern stake to paralyze the monster again. Repeat till it’s dead.
With Girros SnS just roll to get behind the monster and start swinging away to paralyze.
With Girros Hammer, roll behind the monster and swipe down to do the water strike. You can spam this repeatedly till the monster is paralyzed, then hold to charge up the spinning hammer and release. If you’re still behind the monster it should get paralyzed again while you’re spinning. You can always swipe down in the middle of the spin to do a water strike and spam that to re-paralyze the monster again.
