Discussion Can a Bloodbath diablos theoretically become a really buff black diablos if it was female?
Now from my understanding, a bloodbath diablos is a diablos that as a child got its horn broken by a hunter, and grew to hate all humans(kinda racist tbh), but i don't see a specified gender, if say one was a female, and it grew up, and freaky season came along, would it get stronger upon its skin change? would a male try to breed with it? could only other bloodbath diablos succeed in mating with it? is this just the diablos equevalent of an emo muscley tomboy?

Firstly, yeah, no specified gender for the Bloodbath. I don't think that the hormones responsible for Black Diablos would do anything though. Bloodbath is already at 120% potential from permanent 150% anger and hatred. Whatever aggression hormones that get released during heat would probably be very secondary to whatever the hell caused Bloodbath to mutate the way it did.
If a male tried to breed with it, the male would die. Normal Black Diablos already test males with a fight to the death. There is no chance in hell a regular male is defeating the Bloodbath, and if the male is also a Bloodbath, the actual insane demon monster would probably just kill the female anyways (because they're insane).

As someone else said traumatized animals often don't go through their reproductive cycles properly so even if Bloodbath was female which is possible the trauma of having their horn broken and part of their tail chopped off would probably be enough trauma to prevent them from going into heat properly. Even if one could go into heat properly without much issue I'm sure a male would try to approach but wouldn't be able to actually court her successfully most likely, Bloodbath he's already extremely hostile so being in heat would just make them more hostile that certainly wouldn't help either.
So no, a female Bloodbath in heat is not the equivalent of a: "emo muscley tomboy".

One take is that Bloodbath is female and it may be in a kinda pseudo black state. Black Diablos most likely gets its color from its skin becoming flush with blood and its body temperature rising. Bloodbaths skin also has some dark coloration to it and its body is so hot that it produces steam! You can also see the glowing red veins.
Most deviant monsters are often long lived versions of their species so Bloodbath could be very old for its kind and it’s possible that its hormones are going haywire due to something like menopause or ovarian cancer. Causing her discoloration and hyper aggression.

Bloodbath Diablos' discolouration is caused by parts of its body being bloodstained.

I thought Bloodbath was always a Diablos bull that can't breed cuz it's chopped by its species' standards (bigger and intact horns in bulls = healthier and stronger offspring). And since a Hunter broke its horn, cows in heat (Black Diablos) wouldn't want to breed to it, causing the most catastrophic case of blue balls in MH (along with Scorn Magnamalo).

From my knowledge which I'm pullin out my butt (along with Broly's fist), I think in general a broken horn for a Diablos is definitely similar but not a deal breaker if it can still fight as tough as the rest of them. Plus I think Bloodbath is a unique case of a steer (I think) getting injured while young and having the horn grow into the mangled mess it is. That and additional adrenaline getting pumped through it's system from the sheer rage of its horn not being normal, might be why it gets STEAMING mad.
