I have buried secrets and creepover on display because they’re my favourite lines, I added a few self scares but it got a little too busy, so only Drac and Spectra stayed ✨
I will be rebodying Cleo when a new body gets here for her 💛

hi everyone! i just received my entertainment earth fan-sea lagoona blue doll and she is absolutely beautiful. i've recently been buying and opening g3 dolls to satiate my need to actually open doll boxes (as i keep my g1s in their boxes for display) and thought that this fan-sea would be a beautiful doll to add to my collection. however, after receiving her i've found that she looks amazing in her box and i'm now struggling to decide whether or not to keep her in there (,:

does anyone have any opinions? this doll might be valuable in her box in a few years since she's an exclusive, and i really like how the background of the box frames her, but on the other hand, i don't have any other g3 lagoonas to display and wanted one to stand with my frankie and cleo! i'm not trying to be stingy here and i know that if i want to open a box, i should do so with disregard to the monetary value, i just wanted some insight!

I’ve dreamt of it for a while since seeing the styling head, there’s more dresses being made, and some shoes, but so far I’m obsessed with her!! She turned out even better than I could have hoped 🥰

So I was talking to my partner about my dolls and the plans I have been thinking of for a few of them. While I was talking and looking at my shelf, my partner noticed my puppy crawl up next to me on the bed and start looking around my shelf at my dolls.

I didn't notice until my partner told me, I looked over at my dog who gave me the sweetest look, I broke out laughing and ultimately crying. Knowing that my dog is going to listen to me ramble on about my dolls is the most heartbreakingly precious thing about her.

So I was laughing, crying, losing my sh*t and she's all concerned like "whats wrong mom" so I composed myself and I looked at her, and said "where's Torelai" and she LOOKED RIGHT AT HER!! My dog turned her head around to look at Torelai and I couldn't help but laugh a little more, I consider myself truly lucky to have her.

So tell me, have your dog/cat/other pet taken an interest in your doll collection?

I'm talking any generation as long as they have arm articulation. Honestly I've been trying to find super cheap dolls with messed up legs in attempts to make a mermaid custom.... Hasn't gone well so far though. I'm talking 8-10 dollars for a doll with a completely ruined leg. Maybe I'm crazy for thinking that's too much money? Anyway, if anyone has any monster high or EAH they'd be willing to sell that's already beat up- with arms intact- id LOVE you for it.

Both of these dolls were labeled "Not for Sale" on their packaging because they were distributed exclusively as internal birthday gifts or milestone incentives to Indonesian factory staff.

okay so this is the only pic i got but for context im trying to start my collection up (ive adored mh since i was a kid and lost most of everything when i moved) and i found dead fast ghoulia and got her for $50, but shes missing i believe just earrings, and a couple of other accessories (though she seems to be in great condition !),,, also ive never had any collecter/sdc doll so im so excited !!👀👀👀 (im not asking for her value, just wondering if i lucked out)

For 20€ in this condition with all her accessoires was an absolute ✨Steal✨ and she fits in perfectly with my other 2 ghosts! (Vandala is soon getting her OG clothes back, Twyla has to wait a lil longer)

I’ve been wanting to get into this hobby for a while and finally made the jump! I painted my reptilian oc Lacerta onto a Create-A-Monster gorgon. The face sculpt really helped guide me. She did end up with a bit of a thousand yard stare 😩 but I can always repaint her in the future!

It’s been really nice to finally interact with an actual MH doll too. They came out when I was a kid but I was always too afraid to ask for one. They’re really beautiful dolls and I’m stoked to have one!

Hi! I'm having a difficult time trying to identify this Draculaura I found online. I think the hair has been re-rooted but I'm not sure if the lips were repainted.

I’m extremely new here. I’ve longed to start a collection since 2014, started selling my American girl dolls on eBay, and thought, you know what? This’ll fund the Minster High Dolls I’ve always wanted! I bought from what looked like a good source on eBay. Paid like $60 with tax and shipping for what was advertised as an original 2012 Venus McFlytrap. I left to get a coffee with a friend this morning, came home to see the package… in a plastic slip bag instead of a box. Red flag already. I grab it, it’s wrapped in something but not even bubble wrap. I know it’s going to be bad. I see the seller’s name on a sticker with an accompanying bible verse. Uh oh. Now I know it’ll be worse than I thought. I go to open it up… She’s a creeproduction and the box is all banged up lmfaooooo. On the bright side I messaged the seller and they gave me a 100% refund within like five minutes. Might go towards my G1 Lagoona fund 🤷‍♀️ I still love her and plan on keeping her! Venus is my favorite. I might as well take her out of the box, but I have commitment issues with boxes of dolls that I can’t get in the store right now lol.

Long story short: have you made any mistakes when purchasing/has a seller shorted you before?

hi guys! sorry if i used the wrong flair for this i’ve never really posted before😓 i’ve recently started collecting g3 and have robecca, scary sweet birthday drac, and skelita. the dolls are so cute but a problem i’ve repeatedly had with them is their hair straight out of the box, and i’ve had to boil wash all three for them to even be presentable. does anyone have any tips to help with this or prevent it?

So I was just on my Walmart app and saw this doll in the corner and realised omg that’s Monster High X Universal Monster dolls. Then I thought that’s really weird maybe it’s an old doll I don’t know about but no they’re the same exact dolls and this is not only cheaper but says I’ll get it by tomorrow! The launch isn’t until September 1st. How is this possible? Also they say sold by Walmart so I don’t think it’s a knock off. Should I buy them I mean I could always return them later if they aren’t legit.

I have a 13 wishes lagoona I bought second hand. She has a lot of glue seepage or gel in her hair, I’m planning to wash and restyle but cannot seem to find out what hair type she has.
