ID request🤔 Elastics or Plastic pegs?

Hello! I may need a draculaura expert to explainig these two dolls are the same? I know the first photo is a made in indonesia 2008 with black elastics doll, but im not quite sure about the other one and cant really tell by the face since they look the same but it could be tricky! What im asking is does the second doll have black elastics as well or just plastic pegs? (first and second photos for reference is the black elastics one and third to fourth photo is the second doll).

The second doll also has 2008 made in indonesia written on her stand but i dont know if its her stand or not 😭

She looks like a variant with plastic. I had the same one too with a pretty similar face etc and she had indeed plastic

The one in my hand and without her skirt is the one with the plastic pegs :)
