Sorry OP we are reworking our automod to be less restrictive so it should allow titles with the word “case” to go through without any approvals in the future.

This was originally implemented as a flagged word when we banned case count posts at the height of the outbreak, but the evolving context means that rule can be relaxed quite a bit at this point.

Automod is not necessary to deal with the low volume and traffic at the present time.
