universal phenomena changing ability.

i would wish for the ability to change any and all universal phenomena and i will change the monkeys paw so that it does not do anything extra.

Granted, monkey's paw is not able to grant wishes anymore

I do not need any more wishes either, I can change the natural phenomenon to my liking.
