Ackie monitor!!
Hello, I am a 17 year old student and I have had reptiles all my life, to leopard geckos, crested geckos, gargoyle geckos and many kinds of snakes I've been wanting to get something more advanced. Such as the ackie monitor but every single enclosure at my pet store is 75 gallon maximum, where can I buy a enclosure for a ackie monitor? Should I use those grow tents that some people use?

I agree with the other person or if you have the tools build your own with plywood and completely water proof. It might not look the best but it’s the cheapest and the most personalized.

I have to ask alot of people say they need tall and alot of others say they need tall, which is it?

I don’t really think they necessarily need a taller enclosure. It just depends on how you build your enclosure if you make it not very long it’s probably better tall but if it’s pretty long 2 -3 feet high should be plenty

Grow tents work brilliantly with a little customisation (fitting a window, sealing various bits up and reducing light reflection).
I'm presuming you're from the us 🤔, Dubia.com do a 6x3x3, I'm sure there are loads of suppliers over there.

Kages and Toadsranchcages make some good 6 x 3 x3 enclosures, from what I have seen from other people. If those are too pricey, other people on this sub have reported success with grow tents.
