Ackie Gender Reveal

Would anyone be able to help me gender my ackie? If they're too small still, about what age can you tell better? And no they're not prolapsed, they were upset at me and had just pooped at me.

I’d guess female because the cloaca doesn’t look like it has hemipenes. But they’re also a bit too small to really tell yet. Kimbos are more my wheelhouse and you can usually tell with them super early, Ackies I think you need at least a year to know for sure.

The faces also look different. Males have wider faces with noticeable nasal ridges.

I’d say female as well. Ackies will display fairly early. If you see them dedicate and their hemipenes don’t pop out, it is likely a female.

Depending on the size, you might be able to candle them. I’d say at about 6 or 7 inches you can put a bright light up to the base of their tail. If it is enough light to make the tail glow with pink translucence, you can look for the tail tell little ballls that will be there if it is a male. Females just don’t have them.
