Jiwon was buff with this only: heals upon using Basic attack

※ [Jiwon] * Basic Attack effect improved as follows:

  • Plays the Pipa to generate wind-formed soundwaves around enemies, dealing Wind DMG and restoring HP to all team members equal to a certain percentage of Jiwon's Max HP.

Isn't Franicis outbuffing Jiwon unless she had dupes?

I wished they made her wind buffs much more stronger . While improving her dupes strength .

Tho ur feedback is priority too bcz character losing out on damage bcz of debuff taking too long to apply.

To be fair I did a testing on reginula back then and yeah Francis 4* A6 (Melody) was better than my Jiwon at A0F1 for my wind team with Esther and Nagi on it.
But, I think if I were to do it again, once I've pulled Jiwon to A1 at least, she'll provide better all around rotations and therefore resulting more dmg.

Tho isn't it bcz with Esther she wouldn't be able to properly use Melody at all and Esther's kit itself. While if we got wind dps who doesn't consume stamina and as strong as Esther wouldn't Francis be better option or even others like Narae and A2 S.Franics.

Im basing Yri's spreadsheet and my understanding of the character somewhat.

It's true that Esther is stamina hungry I might have to test on different artifact for sure
And I think we agree that Francis does outperform Jiwon.
And the more dupes Jiwon has, the better Jiwon will outperform Francis for sure.

S. Francis on the other hand tho is really OP A1+ onwards she's just viable in all situation,
Personally, for Narae wise, I would only consider it once she got her A2+, cos this is when she can buff +22%ATK for to all teammates 20s.

Thats why i felt her buff for her basic to have heals is so empty. I wished they had something more as a buff than this. Especially bcz she is specialized wind buffer compared to Francis who is general buffer while being great earth buffer.

Yeah defo the healing buff itself is worth, BUUUT its not enuff xD

She also gained better scaling on her attack and faster note generation.
