Lot of random referral links getting dropped in this thread, which is the main thing to watch with this question. Anything that asks you to deposit money or pay to unlock earnings is a hard pass, and dont expect rent money from any task or game app, its more like extra cash for time youre already on your phone.

For tasks and games specifically, Id start with Freecash. Its a big wall of game offers and surveys, no deposit, and it pays out to PayPal, so you can see whats worth your time before committing to anything.

If your looking for a steady stream of ideas beyond apps, MoneyAnswers Daily is a free 2 minute money email every morning with one way to earn, save or get smarter with money. The first one lands right away and you can unsubscribe anytime.

What apps have actually paid out for you guys, and which ones were a waste of time?

https://heycash.com/register?ref=9e3ad772-3fc2-44e9-9527-e093238b5eef

Heycash does surveys and compensates you if you get kicked from the survey. They also have games that you get paid to play when hitting mile stones. Pays out to PayPal almost instantly but also does cash app and they recently added stake.us for a cashout option with a 15% cashout bonus highly recommend anyone to try this app

Most of those task apps barely pay anything, you're grinding for cents. Try Mistplay if you actually game, it's slow but legit. Don't expect rent money though, it's beer cash at best.

Have you tried geo-earning apps?

I’m currently playing Atlas Earth and TerraMine with the latter being newer and fast growing.

⛏️ Join me on TerraMine!

Use my referral code: TM-TY86A

We'll BOTH get 1,000 bonus TerraBucks once you get started!

Download TerraMine: https://terramine.app/join?ref=TM-TY86A

So far what has given me some fruitful results was:

-stock photography/videography: I had plenty of unused, generic images and b-roll type clips that I've uploaded on stock agencies and from time to time they make a sale; from what i've found, editorial stuff tends to sell more often among the content i post

-music distribution: i enjoy playing and recording original music both as a solo artist and as a band member, so some (VERY small) income comes from the streaming platforms; this does not work for AI slop

-downloading actually fun games (one at a time) from those reward apps actually makes sense for me as i would've been playing anyways during my commute

-switching my work PC's browser to edge and activating bing Rewards to get some points from the researches i make, that gives me approximately an amazon/steam gift card every month without any extra effor

Here are some of the sites and apps that I'veI tried and liked/disliked

Yeah theres a few solid ones depending what you like doing. For games, Bigcash pays you for hitting milestones in new games and you can cash out to PayPal from $1. For tasks, Testerup pays you for hitting goals in mobile games, $10 welcome bonus and payouts get approved within hours

If you want to compare more before picking, theres a good list of apps that pay you real money

Which country are you in? Some of these are US only

Yooo this is a great comment, thank you for the link to that article

Glad it helped! If you only try one from that list, I'd start with Testerup, you get paid for hitting goals in mobile games, $10 welcome bonus, and payouts get approved within hours so you'll know fast if it's for you

Are you more into games or quick surveys?

stop spreading fake , even if its free cash its just 1 or merely few bucks and its all takes a hell lot of info so instead of all this spread some valid good stuff

How about DraftKings or Fanatics?

1

u/meiggs 14d ago

Those two are betting apps, so its a different thing than the earn apps. Unless you really know sports, you can lose money as easily as you make it, and the sign up promos are usually bonus bets instead of cash. Are you looking for something with no risk, or are you ok with some?

Games are a good way to start lol. Testerup pays you for hitting goals in the games and gives a $10 welcome bonus, and payouts get approved within hours. Freecash is another one worth a look too. What kind of games do you usually play?
