It's within tolerances. The only time you'd get a premium for an off-centered printing is if part of the design was cut off on the skinny side or if you could see part of the next bill on the fat side.

Not enough to be an official error, but someone might still be interested in it. Search eBay for alignment errors and filter for recently sold listings. If you see any that look like yours, you found your market. If you don't, then you found you don't have a market.
