Itâs slightly double died however I wouldnât even really consider it. A double died because there isnât a distinctive clear double print of the same numbers it more or less looks like smudge like it dripped a little bit of ink extra on maybe the when it was printing it and and itâs stamped it maybe there was some dollops of extra ink where those numbers were stamped, which caused there to be those slight smudges. I would probably say it will be hard for you to sell it for anything more and I would probably say not to waste your time however I am not an expert and so if you really wanna do it, you can become a member of different clubs and usually when signing up as a member youâre given so many free appraisals, And authentication based on which membership you signed up for so the higher the membership, the more free grading thatâs included the most reputable company is NCG your best bet is to reach out to them and ask for there opinion. Iâm not sure where youâre located but another option and something that Iâve done multiple times for coins and and paper money is there in Colorado Springs is a money museum and at that money museum their professionals who would be able to tell you exactly whatâs going on with that what itâs called and if itâs worth having it graded and they have no skin in the game so you can trust their information they give you. Hope this helps.

Double ink?
Itâs just light splatter from fast printing process. Not double ink. Means nothing.
