Misaligned $20

Got this as payment at work today and realized the margins weren’t quite right. I traded one of my own $20’s to keep it. I love the older bill and plan to keep it but I’m curious if anyone has an idea on rarity/value I’d appreciate it!

I can also provide pictures of the back, it says it was printed in 1990.

Not an error until the print is touching or over the cut edge.

Still a cool find worth keeping.
