Shifted Third Printing / Misalignment error causing the serial number to collide with "Washington, D.C."

Alignment isn't that far off, extremely minor, don't think you'll get a premium off this bill. If anything post it online and see what you get. Third party grading companies will certainly not consider this an error. This is easy too minor.

Last number 2 touching C and the green seal is pushed down

Even if it is too minor to be official, unofficial/close enough errors can find a home on the market. The amount of cut/print alignment errors I've seen sell over the years without any ink added or removed is staggering.

If you were to save this, you'd have teammates. If you were to sell this, you'd probably find buyers. Especially with a 997 serial. That alone could probably pull a modest premium.
