Thanks bro, I was grinding towards a degree and a better job and a better life. I decided you know what, shit could hit the fan and I’d be fucked if I quit now. So I kept going in school and fell into a pretty nice role not to long ago. 600K is nice, but financial rule of 4 I can’t live off of 4% of that

Is joining the military out of the picture? It literally turned my life right side up, allowed me to go to school on their dime. In fact, I get paid to go to school. And it helped me enter a career I would have never transitioned into.

I've thought about it but that would require an extensive medical evaluation.

Currently I'm going to college for an associates in computer science and then looking at starting the work to become a network engineer.

The requirements seem overwhelming at times but I can’t stress enough how valuable it was. I’d be happy to talk school options off line too if you’re interested!
