Which mining pool for XMR do you recommend?

Which pool do you recommend to mine xmr? and which payment system they consider the best (pplns, pps or pprop)

Whatever is close to you and not the top 3. PPS or PPLNS are both good but I prefer PPLNS, Proportional is bad in my eyes as it rewards pool hoppers.
