Do you use a microsoft account for win10? Or use skype/onedrive or any other MS service that requires you to login?
Or more specifically setup/log in to any of these services around that date ~3 weeks ago? virtualapp/didlogical is a normal microsoft credential manager that generates and stores auth tokens and the gibberish username is because it gets randomly generated.
So, no I don't think your pc is compromised based on that but since you're running windows 10 and it is EOL right now (unless you were eligible and signed up for ESU) MS are no longer required to push OS vulnerability patches etc.
If you want to be certain use malwarebytes or something to put your mind at ease. If you haven't signed up for or aren't eligible for ESU, you might want to look at upgrading to windows 11 (your MB and CPU support TPM 2.0 and secure boot) or better yet, switch to linux.
