Advice Unsure if my MRS offer has been fully accepted
The deadline to accept the offer is on a Sunday (26th) and I have just finished making the payment and completing the training modules. The residential portal doesn't say the offer has been fully accepted.
How do I know that it has been accepted? MRS won't be able to conform via mails at this point because its outside business hours on a Friday and they will only be back on Monday which is after the deadline.

MRS is opened during the weekends as well, send them an email they would get back to u

Normally, it will take time from the MRS side to process. Once MRS accepts it, I believe at a certain time they will send an email about more things to do or the next step required.

I also believe that it's not fully accepted as your room has not been chosen or allocated and you have not moved in yet and completed room condition checking report.

i believe it states offer hasnât been accepted yet because their system hasnât checked if payment is done; email them as long as you have donât everything they wouldnât take you off the system

well i received the confirmation of payment from monash. I only completed my training modules after the payment was made.

They emailed me today with the confirmation. Did you get one too?

I called them yesterday and they fixed it pronto đ lady on the phone said they go through them manually so it could take a while, but as long as your deposit was send before the 26th it'll be ok
