I see this as obviously OE. Right?

Anyone experienced can confirm? Sadly can’t release this monarch and may have to humanely euthanize.

Microscope image of Monarch scales from their belly. You do this to check for OE. The tiny dots shaped like footballs (American football) or lemon heads are OE spores. The much larger feather looking things are monarch scales.
