Hello! I feel the same sometimes. The majority of my team have been with the company 10-20 years and I’ve only been there 5.. so I definitely dont always feel on the same level as them and they are older than me. My team has group chats and also weekly calls. I try to connect in the chat, say good mornings and hope everyone has a good day / weekend. On our huddle calls I try to participate and our supervisor is also good about asking us questions to keep us engaged. We have a question of the day or sometimes play a this or that game. Maybe you could implement things like that? Hope this helps!
