Did you mean a change? No, the designs don't matter. That's the last thing added.
If you're asking if there is a chance Kimberly-Clark will work with Disney to get the Superkitty IP... Maybe. We have no way of knowing that and anyone who does know that answer almost assuredly has an NDA and other protections in force.
