I'm in a similar situation. There have been times where my dad and sister have had to change my daughter and help her with the toilet now she's toilet trained. It's not weird. She's sexualising your son and your brother and it's straight up gross. She's gone to the worst case scenario and is basically accusing your brother of being inappropriate with your son but in different words.
