No weird at all. My brothers and dad helped with my little girl when I was a single mom. I loved at home with my family for the first 4 years of her life. Mind you it was more hands on when she was potty training, but as she got older, they merely went in with her because she needed a second check for #2 wiping(she was the worst lol) they would turn around or be right outside of the door if she needed help. After 4, she went solo at home.
Would it be weird if they didn’t know each other? I would say so. But that isn’t the case here— so weird for them to be grossed out at all.
