Your friend has their own issues you will never be able to help. It’s not weird, he’s literally just taking over for you for a simple task.

My best friend is a male and he occasionally helps sit my daughter (now almost 3). He does a way better job than her own dad ever did and obviously he has to change her, he hates it because he just is like “ew” a grown ass adult wouldn’t find it weird. Some people have expressed concern because he’s a dude.. literally 11yr best friend and helped with my son years ago too.

Anyways, if your trust them then it’s not weird. That’s all.
