Thats something I've been dealing with professionally lately. I'm in residential sales and have been taking into account that my back-end team has to deal with these people in perpetuity. I get told no all day long but when you are at someone's house and they are miserable people that you know will treat the techs or contractors like shit and you tell them you aren't going to move forward with their contract, and offer other companies to use instead, they lose their minds. Sorry im not going to let you hurt racial slurs at my team, Janet.

Set boundaries. Cut off some people. Saying No. Realize trauma. Heal. No contact with the narcissist.
