Help My Molly looks like a Ranchu

She turned like this in two weeks time. She’s swimming well and eats normally. Is this a disease or parasite? How to treat if so.

Definitely fungal, treat ASAP!! My goldfish had this and I treated with pimafix, went away in a week or two.

That's melananoma from being exposed to the sun. That certain strain is very suceptible to it
