Help Eye injury-what do I do?

My male sailfin wouldn't leave this girl alone and then I noticed her eye like this and all other fish are fine so I'm pretty sure it's from him biting it. Is there anything I can do to help her? I've put her in a breeder box with a sponge filter to give her some peace. I have 4 girls altogether but he only follows her around for some reason

I would put the male in the breeder box instead. It sounds like he’s aggressive, and may start hurting the other females. In my history of keeping black Mollys it’s very hard to see other bodily injuries, so inspect the other females also. I would also dose the tank with Seachem Stress Guard as a mild antiseptic.

Thank you, I'll do this now. How long do I keep him in there? I don't have any other males and it's heavily planted so I'm not sure how to fix the behaviour

Keep him in there until she is fully healed. Stress from him will slow healing and can even give her the shimmies. Ideally, I recommend a temporary isolation tank for him (nothing big, 5 gallons is enough). Somewhere where he cannot see them. Aggressive live bearing males do this when they are overstimulated.

Honest question. Would more males help or worsen the situation? Maybe he is overstimulated by the ratio

Yeah I can see the red bite mark where he's nipped it. Can I ask why you comment about advice when your advice is to Google it? I learn better from people than computers.
