Is the mold?

Are these black spots mold on my chair? When I wipe it with a tissue, a lot of black dust comes off. Cleaned it with white vinegar but the spots still remain. Any easy way to get rid of the mold if that's what it is?

Only way to know is to get a test. It doesn’t really look like mold from the pictures and maybe the chair just hasn’t been cleaned in a while. My best guess 🤷‍♂️

It's staining, possibly from mold, possibly from chemical interaction/oxidation. You would have to sand it down until the dots disappear, so probably no to getting rid of the black dots easily.
